Felix started his professional career in 1979 with one of the major international firms of accountants and had also participated in the audit assignments of various listed blue-chip companies and pre-IPO audits.

Felix joined Andrew Ma & Company in 1983, and became its partner in 1988. In the year 2000, the firm was restructured into a corporate practice and began to operate under the name of Andrew Ma DFK (CPA) Limited, and Felix became one of its first directors.

Stephen has been an UK chartered accountant for over 20 years and has gained his post-qualification experience from both the professional and the commercial sectors.

Prior to joining Andrew Ma DFK (CPA) Limited, Stephen was a principal of a top international CPA firm where he specialized in corporate audits (including companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited). Stephen also had previous involvements in special assignments such as financial due diligence, business valuation, internal control reviews (including Pre-IPO PN21 reviews) and notifiable transactions involving the preparation of accountants' reports.

Stephen was a former director of an international financial services group and had full responsibility for the group’s compliance and regulatory functions relating to securities brokerage business in Hong Kong and leveraged foreign currency businesses in Europe and the Middle-East.

Stephen has responsibility mainly in audit assurance services for our clients.

Cyrus qualified as a qualified accountant in 1992 and specializes in PCAOB audits and reviews for clients listed on the Nasdaq Exchange in the USA. Cyrus is also experienced in the provision of financial due diligence reviews and his other areas of interest include laws, accounting and business developments in China, taxation in Hong Kong, pharmaceutical and medical industry in Asia, and corporate finance.

Since 1992, Cyrus joined Hong Kong Shue Yan University (formerly known as Hong Kong Shue Yan College) as a lecturer for its accountancy programme.

Victor qualified as a certified accountant in 1985 and has gained his post- qualification experience from the professional, commercial and manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining Andrew Ma DFK (CPA) Limited in early 2005, Victor had worked as financial controller of several large groups of companies and head of internal audit of a manufacturing group based in China.

He has responsibility mainly in audit and taxation services for companies incorporated in Hong Kong or elsewhere.
